紙に筆で文字を書く時、筆先が紙に触れ、点ができ、線となり画となります。文字は紙の上に置かれた粒子の集まりです。では文字が空間の中で書かれる時、粒子はどこに置かれるのでしょう。空間の中ではあらゆるものがそこに在るようで、そこに無く、不確かであいまいです。粒子が文字を成していてる姿も確かな存在ではなく、文字は揺らぎ、様々に形を変え得るのです。本作はそうした揺らぎながら存在する文字の姿を、宇宙の誕生に始まるストーリーに重ねて描いた映像作品です。

Letter is a collection of particles placed on paper. Where would the particles placed when letters are written in space? Everything in the space seems to be there, not there, and uncertain. The appearance of particles forming letters is not certain, and letters can fluctuate and change shape in various ways. This is a film that depicts the appearance of letters that fluctuate in such a way that they are superimposed on a story that begins with the birth of the universe.
